Panel Discussion held about issues facing Delaware County’s special needs population

Attorney Linda Anderson (far left) discussed Eldercare and the importance of having a plan for a special needs relative. Other topics presented at the panel discussion included Special Needs Trusts and the importance of having a Letter of Intent. The panel was part of the Arc of Delaware County’s Annual Membership meeting which drew a crowd of over 40 people out on Wednesday at the DCIU.
