It Pays to Hire People with Developmental Disabilities:

Delaware County Chamber of Commerce President, Mike Brady whose wife Kim owns ABSolute Fitness Center in Broomall shared their experience of employing people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. “Many times these employees will exceed your expectations. To say they are dependable is an understatement. They love their job. Working is their outlet. It helps with their self-confidence and self-worth,” Brady said, “For any business out there that’s looking to build a team of employees, a person with intellectual and developmental disabilities can be part of their team and play an important role.” Mike Brady will further discuss his experience as a panelist for the Panel Discussion on Sept. 15th.
